The new Federal duck stamp for 2006-2007 is going to feature the Ross goose. For those that don’t know, the Ross goose is named after Bernard R. Ross. The stamp will feature the work of Sherrie Russell Meline. It’s quite a striking stamp. Sales for the 2006-2007 Federal Duck Stamp started on July 01, 2006.
