Stamp collectors, there's another cancellation to collect. This one comes from Rome Township in Ohio. The township is celebrating its bicentennial. To commemorate it, the Post Office is offering a special postage cancellation. According to Postmaster Terry Healan, the postmark will depict the historic Rome Presbyterian Church. That church was built 170 years ago.
